Dr. Muhammad Musharaf joint NICVD in 1987 and did Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery (FCPS). He started minimally invasive open heart surgery in 1996, which was his topic for dissertation in fellowship. He has performed innumerable open and close heart surgeries with his special interest are in coronary artery bypass surgeries and corrective congenital surgeries. He has 15 publications in national and international journals. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Professor of Cardiac Surgery at NICVD.
